Rosemary Gladstar, founder of Rosemary's Garden, says in her book Herbal Recipes for Vibrant Health, page 380, to use 4-8 Tablespoons (1/4 cup) of dried herb per 4 cups (1 quart) of water. Drink in small amounts frequently throughout the day for maximum effect.
