• Foti (He Shou Wu)
• Lycii berries
• Rehmannia
• Beet root powder
• Dong Quai
• Licorice root
• Orange peel
• Yellow dock

Simmer up to 1 tsp per cup of water for up to 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Let sit, strain and enjoy. It's okay if some of the powder ends up in your drinking vessel.
