Castor oil’s many uses

For nails
Massage a drop of castor oil into each nail before bed and allow to absorb overnight.

Skincare
Warm several drops between your palms and smooth over your skin. If castor oil’s thick texture is too heavy for your skin, try blending with another cold-pressed plant oil.

For hair and scalp
Use as a pre-shampoo treatment, smoothing the castor oil over your hair from the roots to the ends. For fine hair, leave in for 20 minutes. For thicker, textured hair, leave in overnight. Use fingers or a wooden brush to massage into the scalp.
