About: Balsam Fir has a rich, woody, refreshing scent much like that of fresh pine needles. It is traditionally used to support the respiratory system, healthy muscles and joints, and a calm mind.

Common Uses: Use Balsam Fir with a carrier oil to massage joints and muscles, or diffuse to promote the respiratory system and a refreshed mind.

• Balsam Fir can be used with all populations.

• Maximum recommended dilution: 6%, or 38 drops per ounce of carrier oil.

• For children under 5 avoid direct contact.

• Children ages 5-13 should use a dilution below 2.5%, or 15 drops per ounce.

Shelf Life: 6 years in proper conditions until quality declines.

Storage: Store with cap firmly closed, standing upright, out of direct heat and sunlight.
