About: Petitgrain has beautiful, bright citrus top notes, green mid-tones, and a spicy finish. The oil is steam-distilled from the leaves of the bitter orange tree. This tree also produces white flowers that are used to make the essential oil known as Orange Blossom and Neroli. Petitgrain essential oil is used in facial skin care, homemade soaps, lotions, and personalized aromas.
Blending Recommendations: Petitgrain has green-citrus notes and a hint of spice. It blends well with most essential oils, but especially citrus and floral scents.
