Shipping Information

Here is how we fill orders:

  1. Availability:
  2. Packaging: We carefully pack the products you order in an envelope or box. A packing slip will be enclosed in your shipment.
  3. Shipping: We will ship the products you have ordered via United States Postal Service as they are the least expensive and delivers to all locations.
  4. Out-of-Inventory: We will contact you to find out how you would like us to ship. We suggest that we hold the shipment for up to one week until all products are available and if the product that is out-of-inventory will not be available for a longer period of time, we will ship said product to you at a later date at no cost to you.


Refunds, Returns, Cancellations

Here are our policies:

  1. Refunds: We will accept returns and issue refunds less a 20% restocking fee on products that are returned unopened, in perfect condition and that we are able to resell. We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds or credits on herbs or other consumable products that do not have an original seal.
  2. Returns: You must return your product within two weeks of shipment date to Rosemary's Garden-132 N. Main Street-Sebastopol, CA 95472.
  3. Cancellations: You may cancel your order if shipment has not been made. Once a product has been shipped, it can not be canceled. If you change your mind about your order, we suggest that you immediately send us an email to info@rosemarysgarden.com

    Answer: Yes, most of our herbs and all of our tea blends are organic. We strive for the highest quality herbs available on the market. If an herbs is on an endangered or "at risk" list, we will not sell it wildcrafted (picked in the wild) but we will look for an organic source. If an herb is not available to us wildcrafted or organic, only then will we provide it from a commercial source.
  2. Question: How long has Rosemary's Garden been in business?
    Answer: Rosemary's Garden retail store in Sebastopol, California, was created in the early l970's by Rosemary Gladstar, the famous herbalist.
  3. Question: Who makes your own Rosemary's Garden tea blends and are they organic?
    Answer: Most of Rosemary's Garden employees are trained herbalists with many years experience. Our tea blends are all organic and they are all hand blended on our premises and lovingly packaged for you.
