Rosemary's Garden was started in the early 1970's by Rosemary Gladstar and, since 1995, Rosemary's Garden has been owned and managed by Lena Moffat.
Rosemary's Garden is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of herbs and herbal remedies, supplies to enable making herbal concoctions and organic, wild-crafted, sustainable and natural products.

Although our filling of orders and shipping time has not changed, we realize that the USPS and UPS at times take longer to deliver than what is usual and expected. We apologize for this and hope that you will be pleased when your products arrive.

Responsibility for Delivery
Customers who place orders for delivery are responsible for ensuring deliveries by entering their correct address, phone number and special delivery instructions. Customers are responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to inadequate delivery information.
If you give us an incorrect address and/or a missing suite or apartment number, Rosemary’s Garden will not be responsible for your package being delivered to you. If it is returned to us due to “insufficient address”, we will resend the package to you after you pay for the second shipment.
Please note that Covid-19 has impacted both production and delivery of many products. Please refer to the Get "Back-in-Stock" Emails section below for directions to receive emails automatically when the products in which you are interested are back in stock.
Due to the current increase in Covid-19 Delta variant, we ask that everyone wears a mask inside. If you are feeling ill, have a cough or a fever, please order online and have someone pick up your products for you. This was updated 7/25/21

To qualify for a refund customers must contact our store staff for authorization to deliver or ship items back to our store and, based upon our inspection, such items must be free from damage of any kind, in original unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
Items returned 2 weeks after the date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be received in resalable condition and include proof of purchase.
We normally ship orders the same or next day orders are received. If you need to cancel an order, please do it as soon as possible or call us to cancel an order. If we do not receive your cancellation before we package and ship your order, you must refuse delivery of the order or return it promptly to our store after which we will refund the amount you paid less the shipping fee. Please refer also to our Return Policy (see above).

Please refer to Proposition 65 requirements which requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

We encourage you select the "person" icon in the top right of each page and create an account or sign in each time you visit our website.
After you sign in your can keep track of previous orders and cancellations and conveniently reorder based on your previous orders.
Searching with Keywords
- To Search select the magnifying glass icon in the top right.
- Enter a "keyword" or just a few letters of a word.
- Select any of the initial product titles and images that display on the right OR select View all results to see all products related to your keyword.
When you have a "keyword" in mind, such as calm, stress or allergy, searching using such keywords can often surprise you with the number of products that include your keyword.
Notice that as you type in your keyword, the qualifying products are displayed immediately. For example, if you type just the beginning of words, e.g., ste, all products that include words that start with just those three letters will display.
Try different keywords that interest you and be surprised with the results. Go for it!

Saving Time By Reordering
If you have placed previous orders, particularly if you have placed orders with many items, we encourage you to sign in to your account (or create an account and then sign in) which will enable you to reorder based on a previous order instead of searching and selecting ADD TO CART for each item you want to include in a new order.
