Organic Rhodiola Root

  • Each ounce of this herb will yield about 4 TBS . If you are going to drink this tea on an ongoing basis, say 1 cup each day for 1 month, and if you use about 1 TBS of root per cup of water, you will need about 8 ounces of this root to last the month. 
  • Simmer 10-15 minutes with lid on. Strain and enjoy.

Too much powder

Root pieces were very small and there was what seemed like an excessive amount of powdered root in the bag. Probably won't buy this from here again.
