2 oz - 57 grams approximately in a rice paper bag.
Rosemary's Garden tea blend of organic Peppermint, Plantain, Tulsi, Red Clover, Coltsfoot and Lemongrass.
Store in a cool dry place. Best if used within one year of purchase.
This tea will make approximately 96 cups of tea if using 1 tsp per cup of water and 32 cups of tea if using 1 TBS per cup of water.

Basic recipe for making your own loose-leaf tea is to use anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsp (1 TBS) per cup of water, depending on your need and desire.
For teas with leaves and flowers, add hot water to your herbs, cover and let sit to steep (infuse) for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
For teas with barks, roots and berries, cover and simmer (decoct) the herbs in water for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
