I fix this tea daily. I love the tart/sweet flavor and have found that making a cup in the evening and mixing in a little sugar free ginger root beer over ice to be a delicious treat and it curbs that after dinner desire for a sweet. I make it about 2/3 tea and 1/3 ginger root beer. I feel I'm not only doing good things for my heart but for my weight too!
