  • Roman Chamomile is amongst the safest of all essential oils and is suitable for use with children and during pregnancy.
  • Roman Chamomile is a potent essential oil and is best applied diluted.
  • When using with children Roman Chamomile should always be diluted or diffused.
  • For adults, use at less than a 5% dilution; for infants and toddlers, use less than 1% dilution (less than 6 drops per ounce of carrier).
  • Some may have an allergy to Chamomile if they have an allergy to ragweed.

Shelf Life: 4 years in proper conditions before quality declines.
