Have definitely noticed improvement

I have DEFINITELY noticed an impressive amount of enhanced memory. However, I cannot take the recommended dosage. If I take it twice a day, I get this awful pressure in my head. Not a headache exactly, but strong pressure in the front of my head. It's kind of difficult to explain. After some research I found out it has had similar effects on other people, but not many. Most people, the majority, can take the recommended dose just fine without this occurring, but for some of us, this can be a side effect. I really wanted to be able to use this product so after waiting 3 days and the pressure subsided, I reintroduced in small amounts and found when I take 1 dose every other day, there is absolutely no tension in my head. Any more than that though and a slight pressure starts building. I would still highly recommend this product as I have noticed a vast improvement in my memory, I wish I could take it more often honestly.
