Wildcrafted Pleurisy Root

  • Each ounce of this herb will yield about 4 TBS . If you are going to drink this tea on an ongoing basis, say 1 cup each day for 1 month, and if you use about 1 TBS of root per cup of water, you will need about 8 ounces of this root to last the month. 
  • Simmer 10-15 minutes with lid on. Strain and enjoy.

Pleurisy Root helped with my respiratory illness

Hi! I was diagnosed with RSV over the phone and, when my fever hadn't yet broken after 6 consecutive days, my doctor (likely assumed I had walking pneumonia and) prescribed me antibiotics but as an alternate healing method I took Thyme/Mullein leaves and Pleurisy Root combined (in tea) instead -- and my fever broke that day, symptoms began to clear up. Thank you for your help!!
