- Cardamom is non-toxic, but it is not recommended for use with children.
- For topical use it is best diluted to less than 10% to avoid the possibility of skin irritation.
- Average dilution for general use is around 0.5 – 4% (3-23 drops per ounce of carrier).
Shelf Life: 4 years in proper conditions before quality declines.
