Dragon's Booty
6 oz High Extra Spicy
This is 'the hot one.' It’s spicy as f*ck. But the people have spoken, and they love it.
Our Dragon's Booty chili crisp is loaded with local habanero peppers for a tropical base heat and topped with a touch of Carolina Reaper and arbol chiles for a more complex burn that evolves over time. But never fear: this is a maximalist sauce brand. We'd never make a sauce with just one note. We balance the heat with sweetness of apples and a touch of bitter orange zest and give it the same crispy shallot treatment that the whole lineup gets. It smells deceivingly like pie when we're cooking this.
Try it on a fried chicken sandwich, mac & cheese, ceviche, tacos, pizza… really wherever you need a little spice in your life.

Ingredients: Olive oil, shallots, garlic, peanuts, chili peppers (habanero, guajillo, chili de arbol, Carolina Reaper), pepitas, dried local apples, orange zest, brown sugar, salt, Sichuan peppercorns, spices, apple cider vinegar powder, citric acid. CONTAINS: Peanuts.
Heat level: 10. It's lit. It's fire. So fire. Fire of the dragon. Consider yourself warned.
