Order not received

I placed an order that was shipped 9/8 and have never received it. I was told to wait until the end of the month and then file a claim with the Post office. Not happy this dilemma has been put in my lap. And not happy to have to wait for a claim to be investigated on a simple order that I paid for.

I love this product! So easy to use, add some non dairy milk or not, a little honey and you have a fabulous caffeine free warm or cold ced beverage!
