I started using the HH Rescue for seasonal allergy headaches and stress-based headaches that seem to start early and be bad by the afternoon. This EO mix really works and fast. I have used it several times when I feel a headache coming on and it has completely dissipated the headache. I went back and bought more so I can have one in my purse, office, etc.

I have a friend who is an event producer...For whatever reason EVERY time he does an event - he gets a splitting headache...I mean honestly - probably doesn't eat well - hydrate well - has major stress because it is all on him...(you get the picture -) So I thought this can go along in his kit bag..and it's there by the sound board when the headache starts....
