Provides immediate, cooling and calming relief for Hot Flashes. Also great for cooling off on hot days!
Uses

Apply on areas where hot-flash sensation is strongest. Start with chest, back of neck, hips, back, and bottoms of feet. If oils are too strong, dilute with 2 pumps of lotion. Repeat as needed. Avoid facial application.
On hot days, use Hot Flash Relief to cool the body down. Rub a small amount on back of neck, and sides of chest and hips. Get creative and roll a small amount on brim of hat, inside hat, on bottoms of feet, on calves, on arms, etc. Avoid facial application. Also serves as an effective insect repellant!

Cautions
Hot Flash Relief Roll-On feels icy/hot. If swelling, redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use. Use Olive oil to remove from Skin. For sensitive skin, apply 1 drop of essential oil on inner arm and monitor for 24 hours. Keep out of reach of children. Dilute in lotion for children under 12. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only. Do not use on open/broken skin such as cuts. Use with caution while pregnant or nursing.
