Soothe digestive upset & intestinal discomfort by massaging with carrier oil into the abdomen. During cold & flu season, apply with carrier oil to the soles of the feet or diffuse in an ultrasonic diffuser.
Blending Recommendations: Basil blends well with many essential oils and adds a delicious, garden fresh scent. Basil is a base to middle note in blending.
