      Inadequate Customer Service

      It has been 2 weeks since I received my $150.00 order. My order consisted of multiple units of Panarom essential oils for my diffuser. GREAT products. Unfortunately, one of the units was the wrong oil. Every day, since my package arrived (2 weeks ago), I have had to leave multiple voicemails because their phone system doesn't allow you to connect with anyone. I also sent an email. Finally, a few days ago I got a reply. How ironic, no phone number attached in the email to get in contact with someone. I replied back to the email with the information they had requested and of course haven't heard back since. Also, what was NOT included in the package; a copy of my order and instructions on how to return a package. I understand times are tough and businesses are low staffed, however, 2 weeks and still struggling to get in contact with someone to fix an issue is unacceptable. Very disappointed!
