This tea will make approximately 36 cups of tea if using 1 tsp per cup of water or 12 cups of tea if using 1 TBS per cup of water.

3 tsp = 1 TBS

Basic recipe for making your own loose-leaf tea is to use anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsp (1 TBS) per cup of water, depending on your need and desire.

For teas with barks, roots and berries, cover and simmer (decoct) the herbs in water for 5-15 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove lid and strain into your drinking vessel.
