Instruction for use:
Use the Essential Synergy on your body, your hair or via olfactory therapy. Mix 1 drop of Essential Synergy with 10 drops of Pranarom organic vegetable oil of your choice, or add to a dab of cream or neutral cleansing gel. Before applying on the skin, warm the mixture between your hands, and then join them to cover the nose and take a long, deep breath, to take advantage of its benefits on the mind, and to enhance healing capabilities of the body.
Body Care Oil: Add 15-30 drops in 50 ml of vegetable oil (Apricot Kernel, Sweet Almond, Camelia, …).
Face Oil: Add 10-30 drops in 30 ml of vegetable oil (Rosehip, Hemp, Pomegranate, Argan, …).
Shower Gel or Mild Shampoo: Add 60 drops in 200 ml of neutral washing gel.
Diffusion: Add 5-10 drops to your ultrasonic or dry nebulizer.
Scent Roller: Add 10-18 drops in 10 ml of a vegetable oil of your choice.
Air Spray: 8% of the volume to be completed with alcohol.
