To use your beautiful Gua Sha, oil your body with warm or room temperature plant oil of your choice. Rub the oil all over your body. Run the edges of the Gua Sha over your skin towards your heart for a healing, rejuvenating and cleansing lymphatic massage. Your skin might turn a little pink and that's okay.
