ADD enough Apple Cider Vinegar to cover the ingredients in this jar. SEAL this jar with a piece of parchment paper under the lid.SHAKE the jar well. Store in a cool, dark, dry place for about a month. Shake daily.STRAIN out the solid ingredients with cheesecloth and pour into a large glass container. Squeeze the cheesecloth to get every last drop of tasty herbal goodness.POUR the Fire Cider back into this jar for storage.TAKE a tablespoon of cider each morning to warm up and add some to your salad dressing at night.DO NOT USE at the onset of acute illness.
