Recipe from the book FIRE CIDER!

INGREDIENTS
Powders of Horseradish, Ginger, Onion, Turmeric, Astragalus and Garlic with Rosemary, Black Peppercorns, Astragalus slices, Orange peel, Star Anise and Chili flakes.

Remove the instruction paper inside the jar before starting your project!

ADD enough Apple Cider Vinegar to cover the ingredients in this jar.
SEAL this jar with a piece of parchment paper under the lid.
SHAKE the jar well. Store in a cool, dark, dry place for about a month. Shake daily.
STRAIN out the solid ingredients with cheesecloth and pour into a large glass container. Squeeze the cheesecloth to get every last drop of tasty herbal goodness.
POUR the Fire Cider back into this jar for storage.
TAKE a tablespoon of cider each morning to warm up and add some to your salad dressing at night.
DO NOT USE at the onset of acute illness.
