How to Use

Apply 4-5 drops of essential oil (not included) on the ceramic insert. Let dry a few minutes and slide inside the mesh pocket. Wrap the bracelet around the wrist, ankle, or any other support.

Suggested Uses

For your outdoor adventures, apply 4-5 drops Aromashield or Eucalyptus, Citriodora to discourage flying pests. Refresh your mind for school, exercise or study with a few drops of Pranarom’s Mental Clarity. For yoga, apply 4-5 drops of Frankincense or Lavender to calm and center the mind.
