Until winter time, when fresh citrus fruits are available, I like to source my Vitamin C naturally. My father fought in WWII. He told me that the British Gov't collected rose hips to make a syrup for their uniformed service members as a source of Vitamin C when citrus fruits were impossible to get. After I heard his story, I started using rosehips in my morning tea between seasons. I appreciate Rosemary's Garden making rosehips available!
